At Ideas In Iron, we sell digital 3D model files and other downloadable content. Because these products are delivered instantly and can be copied or stored after download, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By purchasing and downloading a digital product from our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Goods — No Refunds or Returns

All sales of digital goods are final.
Once your payment has been processed and the download link is provided, you gain immediate access to the digital file, and therefore, you lose your right to withdraw or request a refund, as outlined by EU consumer law exceptions for digital content.

EU Law Reference:

According to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied by download if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

3. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, please ensure that:

• You have verified the product description, file format, and software compatibility.

• Your device or software can properly open and use the digital file type offered.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), or

• The file provided is corrupt or incomplete, and a working replacement cannot be supplied.

Any such requests must be submitted to info@ideasiniron.eu within 7 days of purchase, including proof of payment and a description of the issue.
